- The ability to print full size plans to scale using the color code abilities of both Callidus and Safe Harbor to clearly denote the location(s) of each type flooring product required along with the total quantities estimated.
- In the essence of both time and accuracy, through the use of both Callidus and Safe Harbor we have the ability to change or modify a job take-off with the click of a button eliminating the need to redo the same estimate once completed.
- In an industry where accuracy counts, we offer legible seaming diagrams for use during the installation process. This service alone greatly reduces the margin for error commonly made when dealing with the various product widths and/or pattern repeats. Not only is this a means of cost control when estimating the job, but also an “efficient” way to address the normal waste factor, ordering only the amount of material that you actually need.
- Our “In House Roll Cutting” is another service which is offered through our estimating department. This allows us to prepare the materials in advance of being shipped to the job site knowing precisely the quantity of material needed on a large job that might be phased over a long period of time. This too aids us in the areas of better material management and inventory control.
