Spectra Contract Flooring recently completed the flooring installation at new Mercy Gilbert Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona.
This was a $1 million contract, which included the following flooring materials:
- 5,000 yards of Shaw Carpet
- 15,000 yards of Armstrong sheet vinyl
- 82,000 square feet of Armstong VCT
- 45,000 linear feet of Johnsonite tight lock base
Ursula Bevell is the Spectra sales associate that managed the project, and with her experience she was able to handle all the details for a successful completion.
The project included the need to address concrete moisture related challenges. The general contractor, Kitchell Contracting, selected Koester as the product to solve this challenge.
